5. Wholesale Orders (Pallets, Containers & Bulk)
For wholesale, pallet, or container purchases:
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): 1 unit unless stated otherwise.
Wholesale pricing applies only to qualifying quantities.
Prices provided in quotes are valid for a limited time due to market volatility.
Orders are processed only after full prepayment is received and verified.
Submitting a quote request alone does not reserve inventory.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Since all purchases are handled manually through invoicing:
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received.

Once payment is made, cancellations are generally not permitted, especially for wholesale or freight-prepared shipments.

7.3 Shipping Damage
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery.
If something is damaged:
Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
Take clear photos immediately.

Failure to document damage at delivery may void any claims.
7.4 Lost or Delayed Shipments
